Professional Background:
RADM Hsu has over ten years of experiences in the areas of Taiwan-US military security cooperation, foreign military sales (FMS) programs, and foreign trainings. He has been staying close contact and having interactions with governments, businesses, and academia from various countries, including the United States, EU, and EAP. RADM Hsu is well-experienced in FMS programs and program management, and has professional knowledge of different weapon systems.
